2007 Winter Edition 

As we look back over the past year, Kaiser Transport has had several areas of growth.  We have added new trucks and trailers over the past year, along with several new drivers and office employees.  We have also begun implementing a new transportation software that will help us increase our already high level of customer service.

The end of 2007 saw us at Kaiser Transport celebrating once again with our Annual Christmas & Awards Banquet.  This is a weekend long event that includes a driver's meeting, manager's meeting, and a financial informational meeting for all employees.  We also had a DOT officer come and speak with our driver's and answer any questions they might have.  Kaiser's Annual Christmas & Awards Banquet is a time for all Kaiser employees to be recognized for their work and achievements.  The banquet also provides a wonderful meal, dancing, and entertainment for all to enjoy.

A few of the awards handed out this year were:

TEAM PLAYER AWARD - this is a new award given to those drivers who not only work hard on their loads, but also help their fellow drivers whenever needed.  The drivers that received this award were: Dale, Billy, Joe, Don C., Tom, Jason P., Terry M., John, Don S., Jeff D., Bill G., Terry R., Marcel, Tim G., Greg S., Pat, James R., Greg J., Steve, Mike, Jeff B., Jose, & John R.

PRIDE & POLISH AWARD - this award goes to those drivers who make sure that their truck and trailer is sparkling clean as they head down the road.  The drivers who received this award were: Don C., Jason P., Jeff D., Marcel, Greg S., Ken, Brett, & Phillip. The drivers a embroidered travel bag.

SAFETY AWARD - this award goes to those drivers who received the quarterly safety bonus every quarter by being safe on the road, arriving on time, no claims, no out-of-services', and no damage to the equipment.  The drivers received an individual wall plaque, a cash award, an embroidered travel bag, and a years supply of logs.

DRIVER OF THE YEAR: This award is the highest award presented to a driver at Kaiser Transport.  The 2007 Driver of the Year was Terry.  Terry was recognized for his outstanding performance in the areas of Safety, Customer Relations, Handling of Freight, and his Contributions to the success of the company.  Terry received the Kaiser Traveling Trophy, individual wall plaque, a cash award, embroidered jacket, and a standing ovation from his fellow drivers and employees.  Thank You and Congratulations Terry!

We also welcomed some new faces to Kaiser Transport:

	Dave joined the Kaiser Team on Nov. 26.  He comes to us with several years OTR experience.  He is out driving around the country in truck 124.  Welcome Dave!
Drew is the new mechanic in our shop.  He joined our other shop guys on Nov. 20.  He had just graduated Mechanical College before he started with us.  Welcome Aboard Drew!
	Jason starting working at Kaiser on Dec. 10.  He is out trucking in truck 126 with several years experience.  Welcome Jason!
Rollie rejoined the Kaiser Team on Jan. 2 when one of our local drivers decided to go back on the road.  Rollie is out doing local picks in truck 092.  Welcome Back Rollie!
Barb joined the Kaiser Office Team on Feb. 19.  She is working with our recruiting/training dept. and also assists in the Admin. dept.  She also cooks on occasion for the drivers and dispatchers on the busy Friday nights.  She is also bringing treats into the office.  Welcome Barb...and thanks for keeping us well fed!
	Dale joined the Kaiser team on Feb. 4 as one of our new brokers for Kaiser Brokerage.  He brings us many years experience in the transporation industry.  Welcome Dale!

Kaiser also welcomed back Tony after a extended leave of absence.  We are all glad he is feeling better and are happy to see his smiling face everyday.  Welcome Back Tony!
