Drivers will be paid the following rates, figured on the Shortest Miles off PC MILER.

0-60 Days	$.36 per mile	$.40 per mile
61st day - 12 months	$.40 per mile	$.43 per mile
13 months - 36 months	$.41 per mile	$.44 per mile
37 months - 60 months	$.42 per mile	$.45 per mile
Over 60 months	$.43 per mile	$.46 per mile

                                                                                           

Tarp Pay is $15 per pick that requires a tarp.
          Example: at your first pick you pick up a 4x4 pallet that needs tarping= $15
          At your second pick you get 40 ft of used machines that needs tarping = $15
          At your third pick you get a 4x4 machine that needs tarping =$15
                                                                                                   Total = $45.00 Tarp Fees

Drop & Pick Pay ( All Drops & Picks Including first & last) is $10.00
     In the Eastern Corridors -  Drop & Pick Pay is increased $20.00
   New York City & Long Island Drop & Pick pay is increased to $40.00

 $40.00 for going into Canada (one $40.00 per trip into Canada)

Driver’s Unload Pay is $15.00  (When driver is asked to unload freight)

Expense reimbursements are issued immediately when trip envelopes are turned in.

Paycheck are issued weekly on Fridays for all freight that was delivered during the previous week. (Sunday thru Saturday)
